Hi…I'm Julie Mansfield and after being involved in the Health & Fitness industry for a number of years, I established Personal Touch Fitness Training over 15 years ago and it now stands as the longest established private personal training studio in Rockingham. Personal Touch has a fully equipped gym in which I train you 1 on 1, with a buddy or in small groups in a friendly atmosphere where you have fun as you learn.

If you require full personal attention to your fitness and lifestyle goals, without the intimidation a crowded gym can bring then I would love to hear from you. We will begin with a complete Health Evaluation which incorporates your personal goals, exercise history, medical screening and a detailed nutrition profile followed by an exercise and dietary plan with nutrition advice. All your measurements will be taken, a body fat calculation and a fitness test…to establish a starting point from where regular progress checks can map your results.

There is an array of options to choose from in the form of 1 hour personal training session packages ranging from 12,18,24, 36 or more, or if you would just simply like me to monitor your progress and help you make sure you are keeping on track with your own exercise routines then I am happy to help you do that too.

If you would like to join with a friend or partner…the buddy programs are a great option and are popular for the added discount they bring… there is also the new small group training with Backyard Bootcamp sessions…these involve 4 – 6 people.

Personal Touch Fitness Training welcomes men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Your exercise programs will be heart rate monitored and if you are a beginner to exercise, be assured you will be encouraged from a level suitable for you and have regular progress checks throughout.
