6 Week Shapeup Shortcut

The 6 week Shape Up Shortcut is a program to get you kickstarted on your weight loss and fitness goals.

It is a 6 week program and is therefore suitable for those who only want a short commitment to start you on your way to your ultimate goals. 

You will need to have a goal of  5 – 10 kg weight loss to qualify for this program

It consists of 18 x 1hr Personal Training sessions over the duration of the program…you will also be advised on what to do in your time away from the studio and be provided with an eating plan and nutritional advice to keep you on track.
