GREEN SMOOTHIE :

Baby Spinach (1/2 bag - supermarket pre packaged )

Large stick celery

1  Apple  chopped( I like the Pink Lady…but you choose)

1 Pear chopped

2 Cups water ( filtered )

12g ( 3 scoops ) Neways Green Qi ( optional ) but extremely good extra green nutrition if added ( call me to order this if you would like it )

Ice blocks if you would like it extra cool.

Place all in a blender and blend till smooth.

Drink and enjoy for a healthy snack throughout the day to boost your fruit and vegetable intake.

Best prepared daily but can keep in the fridge for a couple of days

Vary your greens.daily..instead of spinach use bok choy or cos lettuce…rotate…experiment :-)

Fruit can also be varied ie mango, banana, kiwi, apples only, pears only etc
